Tax Information

Delaware Resident and Non-Resident tax forms, as well as Federal 1040 instruction booklets and tax forms have been ordered and will be placed in our lobby as they come in.

Additional tax forms and instructions can be found from the IRS and the Delaware Division of Revenue.

AARP is providing tax assistance from February 6–April 10, 2026 on Fridays. Please call (302) 736-7030 to book an appointment. *We will begin booking appointments on January 21.*

Those with appointments must pick up and fill out an intake form beforehand, which will be available at the 2nd floor reference desk.

Nehemiah Gateway is offering free tax preparation for taxpayers with household incomes of $67,000 or less on Saturdays and Sundays.
