Tax Information

Delaware Resident and Non-Resident tax forms have arrived and are available in our lobby. Federal 1040 instruction booklets and tax forms have also arrived.

Additional tax forms and instructions can be found from the IRS and the Delaware Division of Revenue.

AARP is providing tax assistance from February 2-April 12, 2024 on Fridays. All appointments have been filled as of 1/22/24.

Those with appointments must pick up and fill out an intake form beforehand, which is available at the 2nd floor reference desk.

Nehemiah Gateway is offering FREE tax preparation for taxpayers with household incomes of $64,000 or less, or $0 taxable income who need to file to receive stimulus payments and/or child tax credit. All appointments have been filled as of 3/21/24.
