Summer Reading Challenge

How the Summer Reading Challenge Works:

Sign up for the 2021 Summer Reading Challenge online.

Children (0-12 years old) read, or have an adult read to them, for 10 hours.

Teens (13-17) and adults (18 and over) read a book, any book, in any format.

Log your family’s reading online and earn tickets to enter into one of our gift card raffles. For children who wish to log their reading using one of our paper logs, you can print one out at home or pick one up at the Library.

Winners in each age group will be selected at the end of the summer. The more you read the greater your chances of winning!

What You Can Win:

Children (0-12 years old) – for every 10 hours read and logged, children will receive a free book. Plus, children will earn a ticket to enter into one of our prize raffles. Children can earn extra raffle tickets by completing activities in Beanstack.

Teens (13-17) – for every book read and logged, teens will earn a ticket to enter into one of our prize raffles.

Adults (18 and over) – for every book read and logged, adults will earn a ticket to enter into one of our gift card raffles.
