Delaware Resident and Non-Resident tax forms, as well as Federal 1040 instruction booklets and tax forms have arrived and are currently available in the lobby.

Additional tax forms and instructions can be found from the IRS and the Delaware Division of Revenue.

AARP is providing tax assistance from February 7-April 11, 2025 on Fridays. Please call (302) 736-7030 to book an appointment. *All appointments have been filled.*

Those with appointments must pick up and fill out an intake form beforehand, which is available at the 2nd floor reference desk.

Nehemiah Gateway is offering FREE tax preparation for taxpayers with household incomes of $67,000 or less, or $0 taxable income who need to file to receive stimulus payments and/or child tax credit.
